How do I place an order?
Simply click on the item and click on the green "Add To Cart" button near the top right of your page, when finished click the checkout button and proceed to your desired payment method. Depending on your internet browser/resolution settings you might have to scroll over to see this button.

Can I place an order over the phone?
No, we currerntly do NOT take phone orders due to billing descrepancies; ie, billing address matching errors and shipping calculations.

When can I expect my order to arrive?
Normally all orders are shipped within 48 hours unless you use an expedited shipping service and that will be shipped the same day or the following day depending on the time of the order. Some custom tap handle orders might have a delay depending on multiple factors.

How do I track my order?
Unfortunately, our website host does not provide that service, the best way is to send an email to sales@beeravenue.com along with your order number and we will get right back with you with the requested information.

Is your credit card processing safe?
Yes, we use Authorize.net the leading credit card processing company out there. They use the lastet and greatest security measures to make sure your transaction is secure.

Do you store my credit card information?
No, the information we receive from Authorize.net our credit card processing provider doesn't display your full credit card number for security reasons.
Yes, If for any reason you are unhappy with a product you have purchased from the BeerAvenue.com website, you can return it in its original packaging and condition (undamaged) within 10 days of receiving for exchange or full refund minus shipping and handling charges. IMPORTANT: Please contact us for an RA NUMBER (return authorization) before returning any merchandise, failing to do so will result in the merchandise being returned back to you and a refund will not be issued. Please note that Custom tap handle orders will be on an exchange basis only! No refunds!! ALL RETURNS ARE SUBJECT TO A 15% RESTOCKING FEE.

Can you duplicate a branded tap handle, sign, etc.?
ABSOLUTELY NOT! Any items within this website are licenced products and will not be reproduced, dont even ask!!

Can you make a custom tap handle?
Yes, just let us know what you are looking for by sketching an idea along with the materials you would like and we can come up with something for you. Send us an email to designs@beeravenue.com or call us at 866.550.BEER (2337) No order is too small.
PLEASE NOTE: We will not duplicate any branded tap handle that will violate any copyright or trademark, dont ask.

Do you buy beer related items?
Yes, depending on the item we buy/sell/trade all sorts of beer collecables. Send us an email to sales@beeravenue.com and if we have interest we will get back to you.

Your item says it's "Out of stock" will it be restocked?
Yes and No. Sorry, but it all depends on the item and if it has been discontinued or not. Send us an email to sales@beeravenue.com and we can put you on a list when the item becomes available.

Do you have any promo or discount codes?
Yes, from time to time we will offer codes on twitter, just follow us at twitter.com/beeravenue and send us a direct message requesting the current discount if available.

How come sometimes during business hours you don't answer the phone?
Sorry, but at times we are exremely busy due to a limited staff, we are either in the shop or away from the phone. The best way to reach us at times is by sending an email to: sales@beeravenue.com. Sorry if this is inconvenient for you.
